Programming-wise today was a rather frustrating day. First it seemed to got well since I managed to get my enemie ships to move left and right by using SDL_GetTicks(). Problem is, they are moving waaay to fast at the moment and so far I haven’t figured out how to slow them down. Everything I tried messed everything up or stopped the movement. Right now the code is pretty screwed up because I’m trying all kind of different solutions, but if anyone has an idea how to do it, please feel free to have a look at the source at the bottom of this page and comment a solution.
Tomorrow I’ll move away from the movement for a while and try to implement the shooting. I hope I’ll have enough time since I will spend the day at Deutscher Entwicklerpreis and Summit.
